2. 2 Copies of Immigration stamped Immigration documents (Foreigners must request from Immigration)
3. Foreign money transfer certificate, FOREX/FET certificate or Thor Tor 3, certificate from the bank certifying the money transfer (transfer from abroad only, do not use money already in Thailand)
4. Trading contracts in case of Power Of Attorney (POA)
A power of attorney is required using a form from the Land Department only, and the attorney's documents include a copy of the ID card and a copy of the house registration.
